Band chalet was yesterday/ this morning. There was nothing significantly memorable. Well almost nothing...
I guess i didn't participate in midnight/ post-midnight cycling like last year because of the rain. And because i just wasn't in the mood i guess. Besides there wasn't any incentive to do so either.
So i ended up at the chalet with valerie, michelle, shushan, peizhen and a buncha other people who later left like dafril, qinjie, jinhao, kejian and a whole lotta other ppl. Then suddenly the lights went out. Long story...
So it ended with me n peizhen (coz we were the only 2 who had yet to take our showers) walking to the front desk to a) get the dude who tried but couldn't fix anything b) request a change of rooms which we later got (a used room. yuck.) and c) to get new sheets and blankets so we could replace em and not use the used ones. Yep. Nothing much lar... Ended up in the bedroom away from all the cyclists like benny n co. and most of the sec 4s and with hmm... Jon, christina, michelle, shushan, peizhen, val, later jiahui and xiaojia (the only sec 4 girl). Damn gay coz it ended up hmm... disturbingly like one of them very girly activities like a slumber party.
Oh well. Reasons?
Two words: air-conditioning; bed.
Then i went to pick up breakfast from macdonalds with some of the ogls, jiahui and xiaojia before well... coming home and sleeping more. Lol.
Ever had one single instance where a single smile changed your day? Pretty wonderful i must say. Never thought a smile could do so much. Yea so even someone's "hey i got to dance friendship dance with ___" didn't really make a difference to me. Lol.
A smile.
I am happy.
Btw i realise last night was the last time my dear juniors like engloong and qinjie were gonna be joining us for vj band activities. At least for the first 2 months Sigh. Junior no more... There's always o lvl results right? Oh well let's wait and see...
Ps. it seems i can't do paragraphs. no idea why. so everything seems all clumped up together. oh well. what the heck.
