Majestia 21 at VJCPT, 7.30pm, presented by VJCSB was truly a great one!
helloo... my blogs been pretty dead recently... coz of all the majestia pracs and attempts to pia homework... anyway to all members of VJCSB... thanks lots for the wonderful concert we had last nite... it was truly an honour to play with all of u guys... haha Majestia 21 rocked! lol... yea the pt was an "almost full house" except for the huge blank space in the "reserved section"... this is wot happens when ppl who get tickets or have bought em dont go... lol. anyway id really like to thank all the year 2s for being such excellent seniors... haha and all the year 1s for being such excellent band mates... yep jus thought id blog abit the yr 2s in my section... hmm parts of these may hav been in my letters to them... so if any of u clarinet yr 2s are reading... haha so sorry k...
cheonghing: my section mate for like 4 yrs now? haha and my part mate for 3 i think... i remember when i told him in sec 3 in VSCB "thanks for playing, it's been a pleasure playing alongside u" and i shook his hand... then a yr later here i am in VJCSB playing alongside him again... well last night was the 2nd time i said that... haha coz i truly meant it... and well jus hoping that for the 2nd time i may be wrong... haha... thanks cheonghing... i've really learnt alot from u and u've truly been an inspiration to me... yep... thanks alot!
chenghuat: it's been great knowing u these past 6 mths... haha rmb on the 1st band prac with VJCSB i sat down next to u in thirds but before i managed to speak to u i got moved to 2nds... haha.. anyway... i think you're a great musician... haha very emotional and passionate abt ur music =p. hmm also u're a very good clarinetist and bass clarinetist... haha yea u saved our asses last nite for ensembles... ok nt everyone will know wot happened.. but yea thanks! i think u've made really great contributions to the band... anyway... haha one truly unforgettable experience was the "smelly" incident at the beach during band chalet last december hahaha... chenghuat u always look so stressed... so heres laughter is truly the greatest medicine. so when ur ever feeling down... jus remember it's nth a little laughter can't solve...
xiuyu: heyyyy haha 1st non-vs person i spoke to in VJCSB... haha was ur part mate in nssn right oh and ur angel too... lol... well it's truly been a pleasure playing alongside u :) yep u're great! always so noice and friendly... haha and u're just abt the person who's slowest to anger that i know... haha yea thanks for being such a great qm too... think u sound really good and play very well :) haha my pri sch mate right? haha taonan rocks! oh and u're very funny too! haha... simply hilarious sometimes... anyway... stay happy okay! yea... its been really wonderful having u as a section mate, part mate and senior... lol do remember to keep in touch! u're nt gonna be in army so no excuse not to okay...
qixin and joan: hmm u guys (ok girls) seem to be the best friends in the section... haha... yea and u moved from flutes right? haha so really good job these past months playing ur new instruments... =) yep thanks for your the contributions to the section too... and thanks for helping make Majestia a success... haha... it's been great knowing u!
alright... to all the j2s... a very big thank you once again... haha all the best in ur future endeavours and in the A' lvls alright! do keep in touch.. and come visit us once in awhile :)
hmm kinda having mixed feelings about something... hmm well had it blocked out for Majestia...but now it's back guess im kinda happy but unhappy at the same time... and worst thing is that i can't do anything abt it... haiz... well if you don't know wot i'm talking abt then it means u're probably nt supposed to know... anyway... that's all for today... mebbe ill blog again later... cya...
