hmmm... thursday... alright today was sport's day hence lessons ended at 12.10. coupled with my single period of break before that, my lessons ended at 11.35. lol. it was great! haha this also means that i effectively, i only had a single period of mt for the ENTIRE week... yay... well sports day was pretty alright i guess... played the march for the flag-bearers of the various houses to march past... guess it didnt sound as gd as it shd have probably because most of us were lacking practice(clearly evident frm the fact that some ppls instruments were still packed in bubble wrap... lol) well i guess we took a well-deserved break after hawaii... hmm however majestia's coming soon so it's probably time for everyone to get back to work... lol! yea we've gotta prove our worth once again by putting up a fantastic concert(even though it's in our un-impressive pt lol)... lol ok... that was totally random... lol...
exco application form. filled it in. submitted it. WATCHED chenghuat and danny read it... woooooot. that was kinda weird lar... haha. oh yea i spent the entire sport's day duration in my the band room :P. hmm well... i guess i filled the form to the best of my ability. now it's time to sit and wait(and maybe make preparations) for the rounds of rigorous interviews... haha kinda waiting in nervousness and anticipation... the whole prospect of running for exco and goin through interviews... haha i realise that i've probably said this before. lol. anyway... really hope for success. then again, who doesn't? hmm... after sport's day(or rather near the end of it) i left with qy and shirlyn at 5.15!!! for DINNER!!! upon my asking if it was a little too early, qy said "nvm, by the time we get there it'll be time for dinner"... well it was preeetty early when we gt to b-u-r-g-e-r k-i-n-g(shirlyn started this strange spelling thing for some reason)... so i finished my meal slightly before 6. hahaha. so we decided to engage in 3-way conversation on some interesting topics... hahaha... then it was to the ice-cream shop next to mph(qy's idea) where i tried grape ice cream(qy's suggestion)... my verdict? unless u like the taste of grape skin in ur ice cream(like qy does apparently) ur probably nt gonna like it... hahaha... ok fine its always ok to be a little adventurous i guess, so go ahead and try it :P. anyway thank you qy for giving me an additional 5c to pay for the ice cream(coz i mistook a my 5c coin for a 10c one... oops). in the words of qy "i owe her for the rest of my life", lol. hahaha... then it was a slightly awkward walk around the basement level of pp and up to the taxi stand where i crossed the overhead bridge and took a bus home.
sometimes things happen although we don't wish for them to... it's then time for us to decide on what's most important before reacting accordingly... it won't be easy... but it's probably the best thing to do... take things in ur stride...
